  • Can I retail your products?
    Yes! Our aim is to get more clients using cuticle oil, so we encourage nail and beauty professionals to register for an account here. We also encourgae you to join our Pro's Only Facebook Group to keep up with the latest releases, marketing images and news.
  • Who can sign up for a trade account?
    Anyone that is a professional within the beauty industry can sign up for a trade account. We are very strict about checking credentials and making sure we don't allow non-trade into our trade store because we want to pass the savings on to you, hard working pro's!
  • Help! I just signed up and I can't access my trade account.
    We go through all applications manually to verify professinal status, so this may take a few days. Check your emails (including junk), in case we have asked you for further verification.
  • Help! I can't access my account.
    Try resetting your password first. If you still can't get into your account, please drop us an email to info@emoki.co.uk and we'll get you sorted.
  • How can I purchase from you?
    Trade customers can sign up for an account and purchase products through our online Trade Store. Non-Trade cutomers can purchase products through our regular online store, without having to sign up to an account.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We have chosen Paypal as our payment service provider. You can purchase through Paypal, using your debit or credit card, without having to open an account. For more information on our payment terms and conditions, please see our Terms and Conditions&Terms of Usepages.
  • I would like to become a distributor
    Due to the current uncertainty around Brexit, we are not taking distributorship applications for outside of the UK. If you are a trade wholesaler or beauty school within the UK and would like to stock Emoki products for your customers, please contact us via email: info@emoki.co.uk
  • I want to return a product to you....
    If you have a problem with any of the products in your order please contact us via email at info@emoki.co.uk. The following information will also help us to resolve your problem quickly: 1. Tell us what the problem is 2. Make sure to gvie us your order number 3. Send us any photos you can that show the issue Please make sure you have read our Returns & Refunds Policy
  • How long do parcels normally take to arrive?
    We try our best to get your parcels out ASAP. We allow 3-5 working days, however, please be aware that once the parcel has left us we are at the mercy of the delivery company. Circumstances that may effect delivery times: Public holidays Black Friday Unforseen events such as emergencies and accidents.
  • Why do I have a delay email from the courier?
    Our local depot is in Perth, Scotland and there is only 1 truck every day which affects delivery times.
  • How do I find my consignment number?
    Once a parcel has been booked in you should get an email from our courier, providing you with a consignment number. If you have not had an email, please let us know by emailing info@emoki.co.uk with your order number and we will be happy to provide it to you.
  • Why are some fragrances stronger or 'better' than others?
    Every single nose is different. Not everyone likes the same perfume, right? It's the same with any fragranced products, everyone processes smells differently, so you may find that some fragrances smell stronger, or appeal to you more than others.
