All customers have the right to cancel their website order within 14 days. If not satisfied with any goods received, customers may return the item/s within 14 days and receive a full refund of the cost of those goods including outward shipping, provided they remain in merchantable condition (for the 4.5ml & 15ml bottles the tamper evident hygiene seal should be intact) and are in original packaging.

 

To return any order or part of an order please fill out our online RETURNS FORM or request we send you a Returns Form by emailing us at info@emoki.co.uk

The cost of returning any goods under the above circumstances will be paid by the customer UNLESS the goods were sent in error. When a customer has completed an order on our website and has completed payment for that order it can be assumed that the order itself has not been placed in error. Any items incorrectly supplied to the customer can be considered supplied in error where they do not match the description of goods at time of purchase.

Damaged goods and/or shortages MUST be advised within 7 days of receipt. Damaged goods will be replaced Free Of Charge. In the event of damage, you must retain all packaging. We will ask for photos in order to submit a claim to our carrier. Any shortages will be shipped as soon as possible at no further cost. In this instance, any return costs (if applicable) will be paid by or refunded by Emoki Nails.

 

Where a customer places a special order, either for a non-stock/bespoke item or for a quantity of a stock line that exceeds our normal selling quantity, we are unable to accept cancellation or return of this item nor would we offer any refund.

Do NOT send any items back to us without prior arrangement. Your statutory rights are not affected.
